1. What is Seemi’s Confections all about?
Seemi’s is a love letter to flavor, inspired by my mom—Seema—who was the heart of every gathering and the queen of “just try this, I made it for you.” Seemi was her nickname, and this brand is her legacy: family, joy, and global flavor adventures wrapped in chocolate.
2. What makes your chocolates different?
We don’t do ordinary. Every bar, bark, bonbon, or marshmallow we make is an invitation to try something new—from Persian saffron to spicy mango, matcha with black sesame to peanut butter & feuilletine crunch. If it sounds indulgent, adventurous, or a little wild—we’ve probably turned it into chocolate.
3. Are your products made in small batches?
Absolutely. Everything we offer is handmade in small batches with the utmost care and premium ingredients—like real Belgian chocolate (never melting wafers), fruit purees, and custom nut pastes. It’s small-batch, big-flavor love.
4. What kinds of products do you offer?
We offer a rotating selection of gourmet bonbons, artisan chocolate bars, crunchy barks, and pillowy marshmallows—all infused with globally inspired flavors. From bold to nostalgic, there’s something to surprise every palate.
5. Tell me more about your marshmallows!
Our marshmallows are handmade from scratch using certified halal beef gelatin, and they’re anything but boring. Think mango with Tajín, strawberry cheesecake, tropical guava, or vanilla bean with crushed peppermint. Soft, fluffy, and bursting with personality.
6. What’s this I hear about flavor sets?
We’ve grouped our bonbons into themed collections—each with six signature flavors. Some of our favorites include:
Classic Comforts, Fruit Fantasia, Exotic Escapes, and Whimsy Wonders.
Each set is curated for a balanced tasting experience—whether you’re into nostalgic comfort, fruity brightness, global spices, or whimsical surprises.
7. Are your products halal or allergen-friendly?
Our marshmallows use certified halal gelatin, and many of our products are free from alcohol. We do work with dairy, nuts, and gluten in our facility, so please check individual ingredients or reach out for custom needs.
8. Do you offer a chocolate subscription?
Yes we do! The Cacao Box is our monthly chocolate subscription, available in three indulgent tiers. Choose your box and get bonbons, bars, and surprise extras delivered straight to your door—because chocolate is always in season.
9. Do you offer discounts for subscribing annually?
Yep! When you go all-in with an annual subscription, you’ll unlock exclusive perks like 5% off select tiers or a free box depending on the level. It’s our way of rewarding your excellent taste.
10. Can I gift Seemi’s to someone?
Yes! You can absolutely send a sweet surprise. Every order is packed beautifully, and we offer handwritten notes at checkout. If you’re gifting a subscription, just let us know—it’s the gift that keeps on giving (literally).
11. What’s your shipping policy?
We ship throughout the U.S. using USPS and UPS. Orders are typically sent out within 2–4 business days, and you’ll receive tracking info when your goodies are en route.
Note: During warmer months, we only ship Monday to Wednesday to avoid meltdowns in transit.
12. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we’re only shipping within the U.S.—but feel free to reach out. We may be able to accommodate special requests.
13. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because we offer handmade, edible treats, we can’t accept returns. But if your order arrives damaged or something seems off, please let us know. We’re real humans and will always do our best to make things right.
14. Do you do custom or corporate gifting?
