At an age when most children dream of being astronauts, firefighters or super heroes, my answer to "what do you want to be when you grow up" was always "chocolate." It would make everyone laugh - none more than my mom, Seema. She'd look at me with a beautiful smile - a moment that has stuck with me forever.

Our kitchen was the center of our home. Surrounded by friends and family, it was always full of love and warmth. Homework was done on the kitchen table, as were deep discussions with cousins long after dinner was over.

Along with all these memories, is the reassuring memory of mom cooking, baking and instilling in me a deep love for the culinary arts. I started out as her taster and eventually started my own journey in the world of flavors.

Seemi's Confections is the manifestation of my mom's dream and my desire to share her love and joy with the world.

Quebec maple syrup, saffron from the plains of Iran, pure matcha green tea from the foothills of Japan, fragrant lavender buds from France. And, of course, local organic honey.

Each flavor is carefully paired and handmade in small batches with no added preservatives to ensure every bite takes you on a journey around the world.
